Artil Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of Artil's website, products and services (the "Services"), operated
by Fira Finance, Inc. ("Artil", "we", "us"). By accepting these Terms or creating an account, you
agree to them. Contact us at support@artil.ai.

Using Artil

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm
that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that organisation. You may use the Services
for yourself, your organisation or applications you provide to others, subject to these Terms and
  your plan.

Keep account information accurate, protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised
access. You are responsible for the users and agents you authorise, including those accessing
Artil through your applications, and for their compliance with these Terms.

Agents and connected services

You authorise Artil to carry out instructions from the users, agents and services you connect,
within the permissions you grant. This includes ongoing automated activity without approval of
every individual action. You can revoke access through available controls or by contacting us.

You are responsible for configuring permissions, supervising your agents and checking important
actions and outputs. Automated systems can make mistakes, disclose information or take unintended
actions; consider appropriate limits and human review. This does not remove our responsibility for
our own breach of these Terms or other legal duties.

Services you choose to connect have their own terms and privacy policies. You authorise the
exchange of information needed for your enabled workflows and must comply with those services'
applicable restrictions. Artil is provided by us, not by the platforms through which you access
  it.

Acceptable use and communications

You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment,
deceptive impersonation or infringement of others' rights. Do not bypass security or usage limits,
access accounts without permission, or disrupt the Services. Applicable sanctions and export
  restrictions must be observed.

You are responsible for the communications your users and agents send, including required notices,
recipient permissions, accurate sender identification and opt-out handling. Obtain and retain
evidence of consent where required by law or applicable messaging-provider rules. Honour opt-outs
and do not evade messaging filters or restrictions. Accepting these Terms is not consent to
  receive marketing messages.

Message frequency depends on enabled workflows, and recipients' message and data rates may apply.
Delivery may be delayed, blocked or unsuccessful. Contact support@artil.ai for
messaging support or to report abuse. The Services are not a substitute for emergency
  communications.

Addresses, phone numbers and similar identifiers we allocate are provided for use with the
Services, not sold to you. Availability and transferability depend on applicable rules and
providers. We may release identifiers when the associated service ends, subject to any legal
portability rights. Before closing an account, update external accounts that rely on its
  identifiers.

Your content and privacy

As between you and us, you retain any rights you have in content submitted, stored, generated or
exchanged through the Services. You must have the rights and permissions needed for us to handle
that content and share it as you authorise.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy, process, transmit
and display content as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services, consistent
with our Privacy Policy, your instructions and any applicable data-processing agreement. This
permission does not override their restrictions or those of connected platforms.

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information, including retention and
deletion. Keep independent copies of information important to you. We retain ownership of the
Services and our intellectual property. We may use voluntary product feedback without payment or
attribution; this does not give us additional rights over your private content or personal
  information.

Charges and cancellation

Prices, usage charges, billing intervals and any renewal arrangements are disclosed when you
purchase or enable paid features. You agree to pay the applicable charges and taxes, including
usage generated by your authorised agents. Subscriptions renew automatically only where disclosed
  and agreed at purchase.

You can cancel renewal through available account controls or by contacting us before renewal.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except as required by law,
stated at purchase or provided below, fees for services already supplied are non-refundable. We
  will give advance notice of price increases and an opportunity to cancel before they apply;
increases do not affect an already-paid subscription period.

UK and EEA consumers may cancel an initial paid service within 14 days of purchase by contacting
us with a clear cancellation request. Where legally permitted, we may deduct a proportionate
charge for service you expressly requested during that period. Statutory cancellation and refund
  rights remain unaffected.

Changes, suspension and closure

We may change or discontinue features for product development, security, legal, provider or other
legitimate operational reasons. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment,
legal requirements or reasonably suspected security or abuse risks. Where reasonable and lawful,
we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it; urgent risks may require
  immediate action.

You can close your account by contacting us. We will give reasonable advance notice of
discontinuation or a material reduction in paid Services where practicable. If we discontinue paid
Services, or you cancel because of a material adverse change, we will refund prepaid fees for the
  unused affected period.

On closure, access ends and content is handled under our Privacy Policy and any applicable
data-processing agreement. Outstanding charges and provisions that reasonably need to continue,
including ownership, liability and dispute provisions, survive closure.

Warranties and liability

Business use. If you use the Services for business purposes, they are provided
"as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee
uninterrupted operation, successful message delivery or error-free outputs. We are not liable for
lost profits or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from the Services or
these Terms is limited to the greater of
US$100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the
claim, to the extent legally permitted.

Consumer use. The business exclusions and cap above do not apply to consumers. We
are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and
skill, but not losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or business losses from personal use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and other terms

Delaware law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject
to the state or federal courts in Delaware. Consumers retain mandatory protections under the law
of their usual residence and any right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

These Terms and any additional terms you expressly agree with us form our agreement for the
Services. An expressly agreed written contract takes priority in a conflict. If a provision is
unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. We may transfer this agreement as part
of a reorganisation or business transfer, provided your contractual rights are not reduced.

We may update these Terms for changes in the Services, law, security or business operations. We
will notify you of material changes in advance, except where urgent legal or security needs
require faster changes. Changes do not apply retroactively. You may stop using the Services rather
than accept changes, with any applicable refund rights above. Continued use after the notified
effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted; otherwise, we will request
  agreement.
